Exhibited internationally, including the 1976 Venice Biennale, Corris's work graces the permanent collection of, among other institutions, the Museum of Modern Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and the J. Since his immigration to the United Kingdom in 1990 to take up his current full-time teaching post, Corris has concentrated on writing and researching late-modern and contemporary art. His art criticism has been published extensively in such magazines as Art Monthly, Artforum, FlashArt, Art History, art+text and Mute, and in numerous exhibition catalogues.
