Ken Fandell Through photography and video Ken Fandell “examines the breakdown of thought, language, representation, and inspiration. Through his investigations Fandell has discovered a peculiar place containing both humor and earnestness, between rigorous investigation and sweet sentimentality, encompassing heroic triumph and tragic defeat.” In 2005 he had solo exhibitions at Chicago's Bodybuilder & Sportsman and the Howard House in Seattle. Currently he is Assistant Professor at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
