Diana Fridd is a MFA Graduate from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago whose work encompasses the reconfiguration of diverse materials such as cloth, aluminum, paper, adhesives, images, and text in book making, objects, installations, and displays. She has been included in group shows in Chicago and New York, and has also exhibited in Italy, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. Since 2003 she has held a Collegiate Assistant Professor post as a Harper-Schmidt Fellow in the Department of Visual Arts, University of Chicago. |
